Allow "smartglass-like" functionality via Play To

description

We could use the Play To feature available in Windows Store Apps (and presumably in WP apps) to provide a sort of "second screen"/smartglass-like user experience. Users could create playlists and such in the apps, then play the videos on their TV/Xbox/etc while still having the controls, video description, comments etc available on their phone or tablet.

Personally I enjoy watching BUILD videos and such on my TV, but controlling the video is fiddly due to the small player controls and somewhat clumsy DiNovo Mini. Also I enjoy checking out some of the stories linked to in TWOC9, but then I have to switch from the full screen video back to the description to find the hyperlink and look at the linked page. A sort of second screen feature could help with these scenarios.

Would be a real nice to have and unique selling point for the app(s)
